Here’s how our web design service works: After we receive your Request for a Quote, we ask specific questions to find out what your business goals are for your site. We strive to get a clear picture of what you are looking for and make recommendations on how best to achieve your goals. Then we prepare a quote. You’ll know exactly what to expect from our web design service and we keep you informed via phone calls and email. - How long will it take to complete my website?
Sites can be completed in as little as 15 (fifteen) business days or as long as two months. It depends on your requirements and how quickly you can provide us with the content. - What content do I need to provide?
You'll need to provide content for anything you want the world to know about your business - your expertise, your mission, your core products and services. Beyond that, there are many extras that can be added to give your site a "friendly" atmosphere, a place where people want to come back and learn more or buy more. If you’re short on content, we can arrange to have articles written for you. You can add to them or approve them for inclusion. - Do you have special requirements for the content we provide?
All copy needs to be in Word, PDF files or notepad. You can scan marketing materials and upload them to our drop-box, or send content by postal mail. If you have images you want to use, all graphics need to be TIFF, GIF or JPG. You need to provide your logo in a high resolution format, preferably 300 DPI. Our team can provide professional images for you. - Will I be able to review my website before it’s made public?
Yes, your entire site will be developed on a private server, not accessible to the public. You can review your site and suggest changes before the final work is published. During development, there may be "place holders" for unfinished scripts or graphics. Rest assured, your site will be tested before it’s ready for "prime time". - How long will it take for my website to show up in the search engines?
Because there are billions of web pages, we do not guarantee positions in "natural" or unpaid search results pages. That is not sound SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practice. With that said, we have achieved many first and second page positions on Google and Yahoo for our clients. Our expertise in SEO combined with video optimization has helped our clients appear on the first pages of Google and Yahoo in a matter of days instead of months. It can take anywhere from two weeks to 2 months or longer for pages to appear in "natural search results". There are paid options available (including Pay Per Click advertising) if a business wants quick, guaranteed first-page listings on Yahoo, Google, and MSN. These listings usually appear under "Sponsored" listings on search engines - Can I still use my Outlook for email directed to my website?
